As the Operations Manager, Kari works with the three partners to ensure things are running smoothly. She also works with vendors, contractors and clients to ensure the financial aspects of the business also are running smoothly. Kari got her start in online marketing thanks to nepotism. Just kidding. She’s not technically in online marketing. (But her past 10 years as a stay-at-home mom for Allie and Kate certainly qualify her for social media monitoring.) Kari’s background is in Occupational Therapy, specializing in upper extremities and ergonomics, and she also worked as a QRC.

For fun, Kari enjoys travel and time spent with family and friends. Some of her favorite activities include, boating, snowboarding, outdoor activities, cooking, enjoying good food and reading. She also recently retired after 15 years of being on the Victoria Fire Department with her husband, Jeff.
